I paid 130 € a night expecting a proper hotel room in Madrid, but got a tiny room in a shared apartment instead. The booking app photos were completely misleading. The thin wooden walls let you hear everything from the other rooms, and the place felt creepy and unsafe. The bathroom was moldy, water leaked from the shower, and the wooden dividers were rotting from the damp. There’s no elevator, so you have to climb to the third floor. The entrance looks like a dirty garage, with trash bins around it and a terrible smell throughout the building. Street noise was constant, and the windows let in both sound and cold. Broken tiles could cut your feet if you walked barefoot. This is a scam listing, not a hotel, and it’s absolutely not worth 130 €. Avoid it and spend your money somewhere safe, clean, and real.
