We were both coming down with colds after the flight, and the front desk manager helped us find the right medicine. He also worked out the metro for us and mapped the way to the places we wanted to see. The staff were outstanding, and the hotel was wonderful. It felt like mid-priced luxury. 10/10!
For a four-star hotel, it felt a little overpriced. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, though they looked somewhat dated. The doors let sound through easily, so corridor conversations late at night were very clear. A medium hotel.
My friends and I barely speak Spanish, but the receptionist was so patient and kind, speaking English and Spanish and making sure we got great service. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the service was excellent. Big up Alejandro!!! ✨🌟🌟🌟🌟
We spent five days here, and the rooms were really nice. Whenever we needed information, the staff were helpful and the service was excellent. It made for a pleasant stay all around. Thanks for making our trip to Spain so memorable.
We had a group staying here and everything went smoothly. The hotel was very clean, with a peaceful feel and hardly any crowds, so it almost seemed like we had the place to ourselves. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Well done!
