Anaco Hotel

We paid 209€ per night, which felt absurd for what we got, and I wouldn't recommend this place or consider it worth three stars. We stayed two nights as a family. The building and rooms were dated, and the mattresses were poor, uneven, with springs poking out. The beds were on wheels and kept moving when we tried to sleep. There was no soap in the bathroom. When we asked, we got shower gel sachets instead. In the morning there was no hot water for a shower; staff were quite rude when we asked them to fix it, and even afterward there wasn't enough hot water for a 20-minute shower.

The best part was the location, and housekeeping clearly works hard: the room was spotless. The room itself was reasonable, but the noise was a problem. I woke up several times because of sounds from other rooms, including the one above me. The heater was also very loud and took ages to warm the room properly. I found it odd that there wasn't even a bottle of water in the room, though I don't know whether that's normal for this category of hotel. At reception, the man seemed unhappy at work and was rather unfriendly. The stay was tolerable, but I won't come back.

A horrible stay. There was no air conditioning, and the bathroom was moldy. They had no fans to offer either. No breakfast or cafeteria, and the room didn't have soap or glasses. The staff also lied about the air conditioning.

The bathroom was moldy, and the hotel seemed old and poorly maintained. There was no air conditioning in our room, and no coffee or breakfast available. We found out staff had lied to us: air conditioning worked in half the hotel, but they put us on a floor where it didn't.
