The breakfast had plenty of choice, and the common areas were inviting and well kept. I also found the service excellent from check-in through checkout. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with requests or recommendations. At NH Madrid Chamberi, the room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that made for a good night’s sleep. The location was great, with good connections to Madrid’s main attractions and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’d gladly return on my next Madrid visit.

Breakfast was okay, though not great by NH standards. Products were often missing, just one coffee machine was working, and the scrambled eggs were overcooked and nearly tasteless. You could order other egg dishes, but they took a long time and weren’t that good either. The hotel itself is in a relatively quiet area, not central but still close by. Reception staff were nice and efficient. Our room was spacious, well equipped, and had a thoughtfully designed bathroom. It was very quiet, and the AC worked well while making almost no noise. The internet wasn’t especially fast, but the connection was stable.

A dependable hotel with good service and a great base for either business or a Madrid city break. You can’t really go wrong here.

I had a nice stay, though I think it costs a little too much for what you get.
