The service stayed excellent throughout our visit, and both breakfast and lunch were superb. Everyone helped keep things running smoothly: Julian at the front desk, Claudia with all our business meeting room needs, and Santiago in the bar and restaurant. We really appreciated how much they did for us.

The staff were kind and spoke English, which helped a lot since we struggled with Spanish. We also found the central neighborhood convenient and beautiful, with excellent transport connections. Our room was cozy and had a lovely view. NH Ventas was a beautiful place to stay, and we’ve bookmarked it for a future Madrid trip. We’d absolutely stay there again. All the best to the team!

We really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, and getting to the metro stations on foot was easy from this central location. The staff were so friendly and helped us with a lot of things since it was our first visit to Madrid. Our room had an amazing view and was very comfortable. We had a great stay.

The hotel, rooms, location, and service were all excellent. The bar prices, though, felt unreasonable. A coffee cost €4.10, with a tip added automatically unless you specifically asked for it to be removed. I’m happy to tip because the service was consistently very good, but the prices overall were far too high.

Breakfast was great, and we had a really good stay. The beds are very comfortable and the location worked well for us. The only snag was the TV: it’s fixed to the wall, so connecting an iPad or laptop is impossible. They could enable streaming or make the HDMI port accessible.
