A cozy, clean hotel in a fantastic location, with really friendly staff. They helped whenever I had something urgent, and it was easy to get in touch with the desk. The digital code made access convenient, and they also stored our luggage for us.

The room matched its description, so I have no complaint about that. The building is old and the walls are paper-thin. At 1:00 AM on a Saturday, after lying in bed for more than two and a half hours, I still couldn’t sleep because I could hear everything around me, from conversations and footsteps to banging. If you happen to get a window facing the inner courtyard, there’s also an unbearable noise, probably from ventilation systems at nearby pubs or something like that. I don’t know when I’ll manage to sleep. In a hotel, the least you expect is to be able to rest, especially after paying for a private room. I hope this helps future guests. It’s awful to be exhausted and unable to sleep. I feel a bit bad saying this because the place performs quite well overall, and the service had been good. But I can’t let this go.
