The location was hard to beat, an easy walk to El Retiro Park, the Salamanca district, and the tapas spots near Chueca. We were worried about noise and cleanliness after reading mixed reviews, especially with small children, but had a very positive stay. The reception staff were kind and provided a great baby cot. The bedroom was on the small side but worked fine for us. Every bed, including the sofa bed, was comfortable, though the main one squeaked a little when we moved. We appreciated the daily cleaning. The kitchen had the basics, but we brought our own sponge and dish soap. We're glad we chose this apartment hotel.

The front desk helped us with transportation, restaurant, and attraction suggestions, which was great. My mom and I stayed in August 2025 and really enjoyed it. It's a bit farther from the attractions, but the walk is straightforward and felt safe, and the price made it worthwhile. The subway station from the airport is just around the corner.

The neighborhood was nice, and getting to the middle of Gran Via took around 15-20 minutes, so the location worked well. We stayed three nights, two adults and a baby, on the fourth floor. The room was in good shape and had enough space. The shower pressure was good, and the small kitchen came with basic cookware and dishes. It would’ve been helpful to have soap and something for washing up. Reception staff were pleasant, and being able to leave our luggage there was handy.

The room was perfectly fine, and the staff were helpful. The real draw is the location: you can walk to a lot of Madrid, and it costs much less than nearby places. Nothing fancy, but good for the price.
