Hotel Regente

We stayed in a triple family room, and everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly, and the woman at the breakfast buffet was especially kind to my daughter, who has special needs. Her stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience. Thank you for everything.

We stayed in room 1007. The apartment has three spacious bedrooms with dressers, closets, plenty of outlets, and bright windows. The windows have metal track covers that close to block out all the sunlight. There are two roomy bathrooms with lots of drawers and outlets, hair dryers, and heated towel racks. The galley kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes, pots, and utensils. There’s a very spacious living room with a couch, three chairs, and a TV, plus a dining room with a table and eight chairs. The terrace has beautiful views, a table with six chairs, and two lounge chairs with a small table. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Check-in was easy, and they held our bags until the room was ready. You need to take two elevators to reach the private entrance for 1007. Housekeeping came every day around 1300. They were friendly and, although they spoke very little English, were happy to use Google Translate with me. There’s no clothes washer in the unit, but laundry service is available for a per-item fee. The key card has to stay in its holder for the power and heater to work. The day before we left, the hotel manager ordered a large taxi for the time we requested. Check-out took only a few minutes, and the taxi was waiting right on time.

Facing Gran Via is a great location, though it also meant the room was quite noisy almost until midnight. Everything else was good.

Jonás was an outstanding host, warm and professional, and so attentive to what we needed. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and looked after. We felt welcome and supported throughout our stay. The location was incredible, and I can’t recommend this place enough!
