We stayed at Hotel Regina from Feb 8-12, 2026, and would definitely come back. The location is ideal for museums, restaurants, and shopping. We loved being able to sleep in, since breakfast runs until 11:00 a.m. There’s a great buffet selection, including gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegan options. The hotel really puts guests first. Housekeeping worked around our schedule and waited until we’d left, so we never felt rushed to vacate the room. There’s a quaint rooftop patio with fountains and loungers, plus a small but adequate gym. The bathrooms have Dyson hairdryers and exceptional amenities. A big thank you to the staff for making the stay so memorable.

We had one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had while traveling, with plenty of fresh, delicious choices each morning. The room felt new, modern, clean, and comfortable, and the Dyson hair dryer was a lovely luxurious touch. The atmosphere was stylish, calm, and welcoming. Hotel Regina is right in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to shops, restaurants, attractions, and public transport. We could walk everywhere, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. Fantastic location, beautiful rooms, and high-quality service. Highly recommended for a Madrid visit.

Our family of four spent two weeks at Hotel Regina in late May, and we were very comfortable in the Aduana suite. It had a king bed and a separate area with twin beds for our 8 and 13 year olds. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, the staff were super nice, and the location was perfect. The rates also seemed very reasonable for the season and such a central spot. Trains and buses are only a minute away, and you can walk almost anywhere in less than 15 minutes. The hotel and staff made our dream vacation come true. We’ll always stay here when we come back to Madrid.

This boutique hotel is spectacular. I’ve stayed at The Four Seasons, the Ritz Carlton, and some of the best hotels in the world, and this place is completely amazing. The staff are absolutely wonderful, and breakfast is incredible. We’ll definitely stay here on our next visit to Madrid.

We felt right at home here and would happily come back. Everything was new, clean, comfortable, and equipped with what we needed, and the breakfast was excellent, which matters a lot to us. The Dyson hair dryer was a nice touch. The only disappointment was the room toiletries, which seemed very cheap or diluted with water. We’ll bring our own next time, but that didn’t spoil the stay. Highly recommended.
