The hotel is in Madrid's literary quarter, with excellent local restaurants just steps away and the Prado and Reina Sofia close by. Staff were friendly and excellent, and my room was cozy and comfortable. The Palace, main plaza and Gran Via take a bit more walking, but they're manageable if you're reasonably fit and enjoy being on foot. I'd highly recommend it for the service, value and location.

We spent over two weeks at Room Mate Alba on Calle de las Huertas in Madrid, and the team made the whole stay feel special. Every person at the front desk was warm, professional, helpful and welcoming. Honestly, it's the best hotel staff we've ever come across. Huge thanks to everyone working there, your kindness and dedication meant a lot. 10 out of 10. We'll absolutely be back.

We first stayed three nights at Room Mate Collection Alba, then came back for one more night after our trip to South America and enjoyed it just as much. The room's stylish design and cozy feel were lovely, and it was clean and really comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Sol metro is a short walk away, and you can also get around on foot from this excellent location. A really pleasant place we'd happily return to.

The service made the stay feel special: everyone was welcoming, helpful and friendly, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The modern design is stylish, and the rooms feel cozy and thoughtfully laid out, with a very comfortable bed. Its location is hard to beat, among charming streets and great cafés, with the main sights easy to reach on foot. I'd definitely pick Room Mate Collection Alba again on my next Madrid trip.

We had such a good time at this beautiful hotel. The street was so quiet at night that we could barely hear anything, and breakfast was delicious. The location is amazing, close to good restaurants and shops, and the staff were really friendly. I hope I can come back someday!
