The staff were rude and inconsiderate. We were there for a week, and they didn't clean the toilets, rooms, or showers the entire time. I don't recommend it.

For what you pay, it's a very good place, and the breakfast is a nice bonus. I can recommend it, even though my booking had issues. It was canceled for some reason, but the staff were extremely kind and helped me. If you book through their website, I'd suggest calling to check that everything is okay, as I think their software has problems. One of my roommates booked a women's room but ended up in a mixed room. During my stay, I saw people of all ages, mostly from Spain. If you're looking mainly to have fun and meet lots of people, this might not be the place for you.

We spent a week here and everything was good. It's a hostel, and you get what you pay for, so I don't understand the negative comments. The staff were really kind and helpful throughout, especially Miros & Bea, who made our stay feel special. Breakfast was a typical Spanish one, and tomato with olive oil is a perfect combination. We'll definitely come back when we get the chance. 🫶🏻

The sink water spilled everywhere, and there was no toilet paper. The food was unhealthy, with breakfast offering only sugary and doughy things, no balance or variety, just the cheapest food. I also saw plenty of bedbugs and cockroaches. The district felt dangerous too. My friends went to the park, where a man with a gun showed up. Without exaggerating, this was the worst experience of my life. NEVER go there.
