2/10
The apartment was nicely located, the room itself was comfortable, and the service was excellent. But people drinking and walking around until 4am kept us awake every night with conversations and shouting. The other renters next door, 2C to be exact, slammed their dirt all night, had parties, and screamed and ran down the hallway. Sorry, but this is the first and last time I’ll stay in an air band style place. I’d much rather stay in a hotel with staff there around the clock.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the location was great: five minutes from the metro, near famous tourist spots, restaurants, and supermarkets. You have to register online, then they send the main entrance and room passcodes on check-in day, usually around 14:00 local time. There’s no reception, but the process went smoothly.

The staff were amazing. I needed to make some changes, and they got back to me very quickly. They were also really friendly even though I couldn’t speak Spanish. Thank you!

A basic basement suite, reached by going down steep stairs. There’s little to no view, just the courtyard storage area. It has a washer-dryer combo, but the drying takes a very long time.

A comfortable unit a few blocks from La Gran Vía, with straightforward access. The kitchen was well equipped, which made quick meals easy. There are two bedrooms with double single beds, a sofa bed, and one bathroom.
