The rooftop was a highlight: beautiful, with a great view and excellent cocktails, and the rooftop restaurant was lovely. I didn’t have time to try the dinner menu, but breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. The apartment itself was clean, modern, comfortable, and had a very nice view. Smart Rental Collection Gran Vía Centric is in a perfect, very walkable spot right on Gran Vía. Well-known shops are nearby, Uber pickup points are just around the corner, and the train/metro station on the same block made getting around Madrid easy. The staff stood out too. The gentleman at the entrance kindly helped with our bags when we arrived and left, and reception handled check-in and checkout quickly and helpfully. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so they stored our luggage while we went out to explore. The whole visit felt smooth and welcoming. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid.

Gustavo looked after us so well throughout the stay, and the whole team was sweet, friendly, and ready to help. The hotel was really clean too. We had a great time here and would happily come back. Definitely recommend it.

The location was incredible. We only needed a taxi twice while in the city. The staff really made the stay, especially the guys at reception. They were so attentive that they’d even hold the elevator when they saw me coming. My husband arranged flowers through the hotel, and they were lovely, delivered quickly and right on time. Thanks for helping make our celebration special. There was a noticeable food smell in the room in the evenings, possibly from the rooftop restaurant, though it didn’t reach the bedroom or disturb our sleep. I also found the pillows uncomfortable. Even so, we were very pleased with our stay.

I come to Madrid regularly, and SmartRental Madrid, especially 42 Gran Vía, remains one of my favorite places to stay. Kamil and Elena made me feel at home with their warm welcome, kindness, and constant smiles. The rooftop dinner with those beautiful Madrid views is unforgettable, and the location is perfect. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Gustavo made us feel comfortable and helped us so much during our stay. When we left in heavy rain, he came outside and kept helping until all our luggage was loaded. The location is wonderful too. This will be my first choice whenever I’m back in Madrid. Thanks to the whole team!
