The bathroom we were given was in terrible condition. Part of the ceiling was missing, exposing the boiler, and it looked like something could fall straight onto the toilet. The light fixture had also been ripped out, leaving wires dangling above the sink and mirror. We sent a video and asked to change rooms. They said they were fully booked and would send a technician. All he did was cover the large hole with a thin piece of plastic. He didn't fix the light or hide the dangling wires, even though water could splash from the sink. We sent another video. We got an apology, but no solution, explanation for the room's condition, or alternative.

The bathroom sink handle is awkwardly placed right next to the faucet, but it’s nothing serious.
