Gran Vía II in Madrid

Beautiful view from this very central place, with a public bar up on the roof.

The apartment was nicely furnished and stocked, and the views were amazing. We also loved the rooftop pool and deck. There are fantastic restaurants nearby and the location is great. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I’d have given it five stars if it had been cleaned a bit more to my standards. Otherwise, a great hotel.

We had a few problems at Gran Via, but the friendly staff took care of our needs almost immediately. Reydel and Alberto deserve a big thank you for looking into things so kindly. The 24-hour front desk makes this serviced apartment feel almost like a hotel, with staff always ready to help. The location was fantastic, with nearly everything in walking distance, and the rooms were impeccable for a four-star rental. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The apartment looked beautiful and seemed just right for our four-day vacation in June 2018. It was nicely furnished, in a great location, and the deck and rooftop were amazing. But the shower flooded the whole bathroom every time we used it. We told the staff, but they neither fixed it nor let us know they wouldn’t. We also found an empty Viagra wrapper in the bedroom that wasn’t ours, which makes me think the room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. Gross.
