The Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel

The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in at a hotel, and the bedding was exceptional. The room itself felt spacious and luxurious, with beautiful design and thoughtful details. I also ordered in-room dining a couple of times, and both meals were very good and lived up to the hotel’s quality. The bathroom blended classic elegance with modern comfort. Everything felt calm and polished, indulgent but not over the top. A beautiful hotel that delivered consistent luxury and comfort.

Breakfast had plenty of choices and was very good quality, and the hotel’s facilities were beautiful and clearly well cared for. Handling our very large group for a business trip could not have been easy, but things went smoothly. Sonia, who was in charge of the event halls, was especially welcoming and helpful. David M, the bellboy, was friendly and patient with all my luggage requests, always helping with a smile. Solon, the doorman, greeted us warmly whenever we came back and made us feel comfortable. A very pleasant work stay, and I’d recommend the hotel to business travelers and groups. Thank you for everything.

You’re right in the middle of Madrid, opposite the Neptune fountains and close to the famous museums and shopping districts. The location gets five plus from me. The 470 rooms at The Palace are beautifully decorated, spacious, and have very comfortable beds with all the amenities. From arrival onward, everyone we met provided great service. It’s a beautiful, majestic hotel.

That view over the Neptune Fountain was unforgettable, and the room had some of the most stunning décor I’ve seen. Hotel Palace Madrid is gorgeous. The location is so central, with El Retiro, Puerta del Sol, and Salamanca just steps away, which made it easy to explore Madrid. The restaurant is beautiful too, and breakfast was top-notch. A great mix of luxury, style, and convenience. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
