Our Deluxe Suite at Vincci Soho Madrid was modern, spotless, and so comfortable to return to after long days out. The location made it easy to walk around, with great food options right outside. Breakfast was a morning highlight, with lots of good choices, and the bar was a nice place to unwind in the evening. We especially appreciated the welcome treat and the pastry box with a heartfelt thank-you note on our last night. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel valued. There was some noise from the restaurant downstairs at night, which is understandable in such a central spot, but we loved our stay and would gladly return.

The location is perfect, and the breakfast buffet has more variety than I’ve seen at many four-star hotels. It really deserves five stars. With prices for questionable tourist apartments climbing so much, it’s worth remembering the full range of services traditional accommodation offers for almost the same price.

The room was compact but had everything we needed. The decor has a modern retro look and feels inviting, with lots of lounge sofas where you can soak up the atmosphere. We liked the restaurant’s dinner options and relaxed feel, and breakfast was ample. The staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect.

This hotel has a real style of its own, unlike the others I’ve stayed in. The location is great, and the sound insulation in the rooms makes it peaceful and quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Service was efficient, though I wish the staff smiled more and came across as friendlier instead of so stern. The man handling the bags was exceptional, very welcoming and helpful. I’d definitely recommend the place if you’re in town.

Even in central Madrid, the hotel was wonderfully quiet, a calm place to rest after a long trip. It’s ideally located within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and shops, and about a 15-minute walk from Atocha. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I slept extremely well in the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were professional, friendly, and always glad to help. We’d happily stay here again.
