Vitium Urban Suites

The rooms are small, and there are signs everywhere telling you what not to do, like not putting luggage on the desk. There isn’t even a luggage rack. Customer service wasn’t rude, but it didn’t feel welcoming either. I can see why it’s low priced, but I definitely wouldn’t return.

The hotel was included in the trip we booked through an agency, so we couldn’t choose it ourselves. We found the room very basic, more like a bedroom with a small shower, and the Wi-Fi was the worst part. There was no signal in our room, and we ended up using our entire eSIM package. The location is fairly close to everything, though.

My three months at the student residence through Vitium were awful from the beginning. I was repeatedly threatened with losing my deposit over the tiniest bit of dirt. The person handling things was toxic and unbearable, spoke to me very rudely, and acted completely inappropriately toward clients. After I left, he even threw away a polo shirt I’d forgotten in my room and insulted me. I’m deeply disappointed with the customer experience. This agency is one to avoid.

The service was great, and the stay went beyond what we expected. The rooms were clean, the amenities were good, and breakfast was great. Daniel and Susana at Reception were amazing, and Mr. Kris dealt with me professionally and explained everything clearly. I’m traveling from Japan and stayed here three days ago. I’ll definitely book here again on my next trip!
