Street parking made arriving by car a hassle. The green spaces allow two hours and the blue ones four, then you have to move to another zone. The closest garage, Ferrocarril, charges €43 for 24 hours, which is outrageous. Shops and supermarkets are close by, though the metro is about a 10-minute walk. The apartment itself is renovated, clean, and modern, with independent code access at the door. But being on the ground floor in the middle of the city meant we had to keep the curtains closed so people on the street couldn't see in, and it felt dark. The decor is dark too, especially the black kitchen. We barely slept because the front door banged whenever someone came in, and the headboard was right beside it. There was also a vent bringing in hot air. In July, it was 39 degrees in the shade, and the loft with two beds was much hotter than downstairs, where the air conditioning was more noticeable, even though the two areas connect.

They make things easy for you, and the place worked really well for a stay in Madrid. Everything was great.

It's new, modern, and spotless. I'd definitely recommend it.
