Huerta La Cansina

The owners were really helpful, and the place had a relaxed feel. We spent nearly a week there in our campervan, parked at an amazing spot with fabulous views. It’s close to a small village with shops and restaurants.

My husband and I had an indescribable experience in this magical place. Elena and Edu are wonderful people, and we’d absolutely do it all again.

The pool and gardens were immaculate, and the shared spaces had plenty of shade, room, and nice spots to relax or talk. La Cansina has the feel of a well-kept old orchard, with murals, graffiti, and bright ceramics adding lots of charm. It’s a lovely place to switch off, even in the middle of summer, and only 20 minutes from Seville Airport. We spent the first weekend of August at La Alminara. Edu welcomed us kindly, and the service was excellent from the moment we arrived. On Saturday around midday, though, a large group staying at Casa Grande took over the pool with inflatables and mattresses, shouting and playing loud music. They didn’t seem to grasp that the orchard is meant for relaxing and that everyone needs to be considerate. The owners had to reprimand them like spoiled children. After that unpleasant episode passed, the peaceful, beautiful atmosphere returned. We were able to enjoy two wonderful days among the orange trees in the Sevillian countryside.
