Apartamento Málaga Huelin

We were traveling with children and gave Norbay Málaga several chances to address the problem, but they eventually stopped replying. The company acknowledged that the persistent sewer gas smell came from the building, yet offered no fix, refund, or help finding somewhere else. Their response was basically that we could leave. The smell made it hard to enjoy the apartment unless we kept the windows open. With temperatures up to 99°F (37°C) in July 2025, we had to leave them open for air. The towels smelled strongly of mildew too, and I had to rewash each set from Norbay more than once. I understand issues can happen, but the lack of urgency, accountability, and basic care from Norbay Málaga was incredibly disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend staying with them, especially for more than a few nights or if you need support that responds.
