The location is the best thing about it. Cleaning was only basic, and the sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable. Its sheet was too small and kept bunching up like a boat. The air conditioning vents were filthy, and the coffee maker was grimy inside. There was barely any soap left in the dispenser, mostly water, and the towels felt scratchy.

It's right in the center, but far from supermarkets and restaurants apart from El Corte Inglés. The place was poorly cleaned throughout, and the beds and sofa were very old. The shower felt like an ice rink. There's a lot of updating to do, and I told one of the hosts, Susana, about it.
