A small but efficient kitchen and a decent Wi-Fi connection, though it was a bit patchy in the bedroom. There’s a flat screen TV in both the lounge and bedroom. The place was clean and quiet, and the staff were very friendly. Its central location makes it a good base for a short or longer visit to this fascinating city. The places of interest, museums, theatres, cinemas and Calle Larios, with all its quality shops and boutiques, are within walking distance.

We booked one apartment for every four people for a bachelorette party, but the stay was terrible. Of the five apartments, only two had working showers. The others were broken or had such low water pressure that nearly 20 people had to share just two showers. One apartment didn’t even have a shower, only beds. Despite all that, they refused to give us a discount. Everything went wrong.

The location is very good, so I’d recommend this only if you’re going there just to sleep. The rest was a disaster. The place was filthy when we arrived, and they hadn’t even tried to make it look clean. Once we started using things, the electrical outlets came loose, the shower screen fell apart, the TV was completely unstable and the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable.

A disastrous stay, and I was really disappointed. I paid €170 for 3 nights. The shower was broken, condensation from the air conditioning dripped onto the floor, and the meter kept tripping every two minutes. The building caretaker was the one positive point: he was very kind and helpful. Watch out for parking, it cost €54 for 3 nights at a public car park 200m away.
