The apartment was clean, and getting to the old town or the beach was easy. We stayed in apartment 4 for four days and got clear instructions. The shower barely drained, though, and although I told reception, it wasn't fixed. I would have given it five stars if they'd left a few basics like salt, pepper, and a washing pod.

We made good use of the location, with everything we needed nearby and the beach and city easy to reach. The smallest apartment was still enough for the two of us, and it was bright with a street view. The handmade-looking artwork in the hallway was a lovely surprise. We also enjoyed the good weather in Málaga.

The team were kind and checked that everything was alright, and Adriana was especially helpful with our questions and requests. I got back from Malaga yesterday after staying in a spacious, spotless apartment in the historic center. Shops and the terrace area were only a few minutes away, and the place had everything we needed.

The location was good and having extra space was nice, but the reception staff's attitude left a bad impression. The hotel was noisy too, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. We arrived around 10:30pm in May without knowing reception closed early. A sign gave us a number to call, but nobody answered for about ten minutes before we finally got in. When we went to provide passport copies the next day, staff made a rude remark in Spanish about our late arrival. They didn't realize my partner speaks Spanish fluently. We hadn't been told about the closing time, so blaming us felt unfair and unprofessional.
