The listed address wasn't where the front desk was, and the staff weren't very friendly. It was noisy too.

Don't stay here, there are bed bugs in the apartment. I contacted them about it and got no reply.

The location was pleasant, and the place was clean, but the beds and the noise made this a major disappointment. We stayed from November 5th to 12th, 2016. Our booking described the bed as "superior quality," yet the double bed was worn, creaked whenever we moved, and had springs. The sofa bed was no better. The receptionist on Monday morning was attentive and offered another room, but it cost more and wasn't fully available. She gave us a mattress topper that turned out to be just a mattress protector, so it changed nothing. We had back pain all week and for days afterward, so anyone with back problems should avoid it. There was also trouble getting the key when we arrived around 10 PM. Nobody was there, and the number we called only answered on the third try. Apparently there was no other option. Noise was unbearable all night, with garbage trucks and people talking loudly outside. Although double glazing had recently been installed, street sounds came through the many roller shutters. It's a shame, given the pleasant location.

I'm here now and would come back. The apartment is right in the center, near all the transport, very clean, and well equipped. The welcome was warm, and arrivals at night were very well organized. Reception staff were attentive and available. Everything is perfect. Gilles and Sonia
