Apartamentos Unisierra

The manager was always lovely and ready to help, and we'll stay here again. The apartment was great, with all the comforts we needed. It's right in the centre of Malaga but still quiet, and both the beds and showers were just right.

We never got to stay in the apartments, but the service deserves 5 stars. There was an internal mistake at the property, and they handled it really well by finding accommodation nearby for all 12 of us, with the same conditions or even better. I thought it was a really considerate thing to do, since plenty of places wouldn't. I'll book there next time I'm in Malaga. Thanks again!

Everything else was great, but check-in was a mess. They messaged us several times asking when we'd arrive, though we couldn't say while travelling by car. Once we knew and agreed on a time to meet someone, they showed up half an hour late and said we should have called an hour beforehand to confirm. We'd already confirmed before that. Please improve this.

The place was very clean and had everything it needed. The woman handling check-in now was friendly and helpful, and she sorted out a payment problem pretty quickly. Nothing like the review from over a year ago. I highly recommend staying here.
