Jorge and Irene at reception were super kind and helpful whenever I needed anything during my three-night stay in a private room. There wasn't much natural light, and the bed was a little uncomfortable, but it was still a good room for the price.

Room number 5 was awful. The damp smell was so strong it clung to our throats as soon as we walked in, and it felt impossible to breathe. The window opened onto an air shaft, so no fresh air came in, and the bathroom was so tiny we couldn't fit our legs between the toilet and wall. When we asked to change rooms or get a refund, the staff member was shockingly rude and disrespectful, basically telling us, “If you don’t like it, find a better place,” as if they were throwing us out. I've never had such terrible service or been treated with such disrespect. I can't speak for the other rooms, but this was the worst place I've ever stayed. Don't waste your money and nerves here.

Room number 26 has a very small bathroom and very old doors, so you can hear all the noise from other guests in the main hall. It's centrally located, which can be an advantage.

The staff were very nice and explained everything carefully. The common area is cozy and has plates, cups, cutlery, and other basics. Nearby there's a good-sized supermarket, plus bars and restaurants, and the city centre is only a few minutes away on foot. There's some street noise, as you'd expect here. Our room was bigger than expected, and the outside bathroom was fine. We had bunk beds, though, and the bed wasn't stable enough. It moved whenever either person shifted in their sleep.
