I booked this apartment two months ahead and paid the full amount last week, with no warning from them. The free cancellation deadline was today, 09/Dec, at 12:00. At 12:11 local time, just after that deadline, I got an email from ‘to be mate’ saying the site wasn’t ready and they’d have to move me somewhere else. My arrival is less than 48 hours away. Why didn’t they say the site wasn’t publicly open when I booked, or that it might not be ready when I paid? I’ve stayed with ‘to be mate’ before, but never again. Truly disappointed!

The apartment was spotless, and Nancy deserves credit for that. It’s in a great spot on a quiet side street, right by all the attractions. I couldn’t recommend it more.

We had a wonderful time, and I’d definitely recommend the apartment. It was beautiful, clean and well equipped, with a perfect location for exploring Málaga.

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely, newly furnished apartment, in a good spot by the catedral. The hosts went above and beyond to help us settle in and make sure we had what we needed, including offering help with transport and activities. The one letdown was that there were no USB ports for international travellers.

The Cathedral and major attractions are just steps away, and the apartment has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Malaga. The staff were excellent, and their attention and care made me feel right at home. I’ll definitely be back!
