The staff are what make this place special. They're absolutely wonderful, and the service is 6 out of 5. The location is lovely and fairly central, though that comes with some noise. There are nice rooms and lots of lovely terraces, including a shared one. Some parts need refurbishing and maintenance. The showers flood, and the cleaning could be a little better on the details, though the place isn't dirty.

There's a really positive vibe here, and the staff are all super friendly and helpful whenever you need them. The rooms are super cosy, with a fridge and safe for guests, and they're cleaned EVERYDAY, which makes the stay extra pleasant. Their honesty bar is a huge plus when all the shops are closed. The terrace on the 4th floor is another great feature, with lovely sunsets.

The team's very nice and helpful, and the location is okay if you prefer being outside the centre and closer to the beach. But I've never had a problem with any bed before, and these were impossible to sleep or rest on because they were so hard. The room doors shut automatically with a lot of noise, and let plenty of light through at night. I would love to give 5 Stars, but couldn't.

For a light continental breakfast, what they offered was just right, even though it was on the simple side. The room was basic, but had exactly what we needed. It's a great location for the beach, while the centre is about a 20 minute walk away. There's also a bus stop straight outside with several routes into town. The staff were kind and attentive, and I'd recommend staying here. It worked really well for us.
