Coeo Parras Design Apartments

I stayed for nearly a week and really liked the rooms. They were bright, spacious, stylish, clean, and comfortable. The building is new, with a modern entrance and elevator. It’s in perhaps the best area, just outside the historical city center, with everything a 5-10 minute walk away.

Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with all sorts of useful things on hand, even a first aid kit. The food was great too. What really made our stay special was the staff: Khalila, Pablo, Lidia, Laura, Antoni, Sandra, Bendetta, Carola, Esteban, Yanina, Lionel, and Nacho. They were kind, patient, and genuine, and made us feel at home. They went above and beyond, even sharing a schedule of nearby activities and events. Honestly one of our best stays, they deserve more than five stars.

We could walk to all the main attractions, and the location was perfect. Communication over WhatsApp was quick and easy, and the service was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and modern. We had a wonderful stay.

The apartment was modern and well equipped, and those towels were wonderfully fluffy. Getting in was easy, even at 2am after my flight was delayed. There’s no reception on site, but if you need help face to face, you can go to their nearby hostel. Staff replied quickly on Whatsapp, which has a translate feature if you don’t speak Spanish, and handled small problems fast. They checked respectfully when and whether they could come in to fix things, and it felt like they really wanted to help me have a good stay. It’s convenient for the old town, though the beach is a bit of a walk away, still walkable. The apartment was quiet most of the time, but I could sometimes hear noise from the stairwell or construction next door. Light sleepers might want earplugs.
