The owner was helpful when I realized I'd got my arrival date wrong. He met me on time and showed me the flat, so things started well. Then I spent 3 days and 2 nights without hot water because the boiler was broken. After time at the beach in hot weather, that was far from ideal. Problems can happen, but there was no quick repair, no offer of compensation, and not even a proper apology. There weren't enough sockets for the bedside lamps either. And if the flat is advertised with a kitchen, being told that kitchen cleaning isn't included in the price is pretty baffling.

We found out while leaving the airplane that we wouldn't be allowed to check in. That left us out on the street in an unfamiliar city in the middle of the night, with nowhere to sleep. Absolutely the worst.

A clean, quiet room in a great spot in Malaga.

Getting a refund was a terrible experience.

The balcony was lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay. Inside, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom roomy, and the kitchen had everything, though we didn't use it. You notice the cleanliness as soon as you walk in. It's about a 10-minute walk to the center, with a bus stop nearby too.
