Handy for one night if you're travelling alone by train, with the station just 5 minutes away and the historic old town about a 25-minute walk. The tiny, dorm-style room really is as small as other reviews say, and my air conditioning didn't work. The front desk staff were pleasant for check-in and check-out, but don't count on local tips. I saw a staff member brush off a tourist asking about local sights and send them on a 25-minute walk to the tourist bureau, which was closed, as a quick Google check of its hours confirmed.

A good choice for a short stay. The welcome at reception was great, and breakfast was good. The rooms are very small, but manageable if you're travelling light.

The service was friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean apart from a few small issues: marks on the curtains, loose lights, and a shower door that leaked a bit. Breakfast cost an extra 13€ and had a little of everything, but was otherwise mediocre. An affordable, convenient place for a night if you're not too picky.

For one person, I'd rate this hotel four stars. The room was very clean and the location was good. For two, though, the rooms aren't comfortable: there's not enough space for two suitcases, and the sink has no shelves for toiletries. The shower door doubles as the toilet door, so there's no real privacy. Even though it's cheaper than other hotels, I don't think it's good value for two. Shelves by the sink and a more private toilet would change my rating. For two people, I'd give it two stars.
