The location made getting around easy: there’s a bus right outside, the metro and train are around the corner, and the city center is a 20-minute walk. Shopping centers, supermarkets, and restaurants are also close by. We stayed for seven days and were offered a clean, fresh sheets, and towels midway through. The apartment is beautifully furnished and modern, with everything we needed, including an iron, drying rack, and washing machine. It was spotless, and even though it’s on the ground floor, the insulation kept street noise out completely. We had a wifi hiccup, but it got sorted and communication was fairly easy. The value for money was amazing, and it’s the nicest apartment I’ve stayed in on all my booking.com trips.

This was a disturbing, dirty, terrible experience. There was mold on the sheets, hair and dirt all over the flat when we arrived, and the wifi didn’t work in the rooms. The bathroom smelled foul, and the doors on the other bathroom didn’t work. I’ve never had anything like this happen on vacation, especially in Europe.

We had breakfast on the terrace every morning, and there was plenty of space with everything we needed. Great spot, within walking distance of everything else.

The place was quiet, with a small terrace and decent bedding. It’s handy for the train station, port, beaches, historic city center, entertainment, and grocery stores. The apartment felt a bit dated and could use updating. There’s no ventilation in the bathroom, the grout is moldy, and the kitchen utensils are too few and in poor shape.
