ibis Malaga Centro Ciudad

There's underground parking, and Málaga's historic centre and shops are only a short walk away. The communal lounge and restaurant serves food to eat there or take to your room, and you can get something there for much of the day, even just a drink. The rooms are a good size, with roomy beds and bathrooms. It's a tidy, clean hotel where you know what to expect. We'll stay again soon. 👍🏻

We had a small issue with the door, but reception moved us to another room without any fuss. Breakfast was very good, and the location made it easy to walk to everything in Malaga. The people working here were all lovely, saying hello to everyone, which matters a lot! We loved our first stay and will come back. Thank you for a great time!

Check-in went smoothly, and the location is a short walk from the centre. The room was hot when we arrived. I asked about air conditioning and was told it was off for winter, so we opened the windows. That night, bottles clattering into bins woke us, and when we shut the window, a mosquito had already come in and was feasting on us. Reception said mosquitoes come through because the hotel is next to a storm drain and offered to provide a machine. All the machines were in use, though, so what we got was a tin of mosquito spray. I wouldn't stay here again.

The location is the main thing going for this hotel, with Málaga's attractions fairly close by. The room was okay, nothing special, but I liked the service. Room service kept it neat and clean each day.
