The apartments were livable and mostly clean, and our group had a decent stay. We’d rented three units and paid months ahead. Then, just two days before check-in, we were told there was a €100 deposit for each one. The timing wasn’t great, but we paid by bank transfer as requested. After we got home, nobody contacted us about the deposit. I had to ask, and was told they hadn’t received it, even though their earlier instructions said payment was needed to confirm the booking. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered and unread. It’s frustrating, and there’s been no update. Keep the receipts, screenshots, and messages if you stay, and take photos when you arrive. They took our money quickly, then disappeared just as fast.

Absolutely recommend this two-floor apartment, or Casita. It had a balcony and laundry on site, and was clean, with a great host and location.

The apartments were cleaned properly when we arrived and were okay in general. But some couches and floorboards were in very bad shape, and the pictures didn’t show those flaws. One couch looked like it had been picked up off the street. Take pictures as soon as you arrive if you decide to stay. They won’t return the €100 deposit per apartment, and after I asked about getting mine back, they stopped replying on WhatsApp. Now I have to contact Booking to try to get anything back.

Some units have detached floorboards and couches, so take photos if you stay. The apartments were cleaned properly on arrival and were okay otherwise. They still haven’t returned the €100 deposit per apartment, and stopped answering me on WhatsApp. Bad actors.

We paid for apartments #1, #3, and #4 four months ahead for a nine-day stay. Only 48 hours before the reservation, we were told to pay a €100 deposit per apartment, so we sent all the payments by bank transfer. The apartments were decent, and we had a good time there. Once my friends and I were back in our home country, I had to message on WhatsApp to ask what was happening with the deposit. If I hadn’t reached out, we might all have forgotten about it. They replied that no deposit had been sent, which isn’t true. We’d been told it had to be paid 24 hours before the reservation or the booking would be cancelled. Now my messages are being ignored, and I don’t know what to do.
