La Siesta de Picasso

The location was just right, with a lively Plaza two minutes away and most places, including the beach, within walking distance. Our suite was bright, spotless, and very comfortable. Marcos and Agnes had thought of everything, even providing a proper hairdryer. You can take free tea or coffee from reception and sit outside in the lovely courtyard. We’ll definitely return as soon as we can and wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

My mum and I stayed in the suite in March 2018, and it was perfect. The guesthouse was stylish and modern, bright, airy, and immaculately clean, with friendly, knowledgeable hosts. It was also great value and in a great location. I’d definitely stay here again if I get the chance to visit Malaga.

The only thing to flag is the lift, which might feel tight if you’re claustrophobic. Otherwise, this is a lovely little hotel right in central Malaga, with comfortable rooms at reasonable prices. They’re decorated in a quirky, modern style, and the owners are friendly and helpful. I’d choose it first next time I’m in Malaga.

Our room at La Siesta Málaga was spacious, quiet, and pleasant, and the guesthouse is in a great spot. The hosts were very kind and helpful, and we felt it was good value.
