Lovely hotel in a great spot, with a big, bright, spacious room.
A clean, basic hostel, right in the heart of the centro historico. The location is very central. The staff were kind enough to let me check in early.
We loved the room. It was huge and had a kitchen and a full bathroom, everything we needed for a unique stay. The location was excellent too.
What a rip-off. I wish I could give zero stars. We paid almost 400 euros for three nights in room 7, but had to leave a day early. They said they’d get in touch about refunding that night, then disappeared. The room was filthy, including the bedding, and the mattress and pillow were awful. The window is ridiculous, there’s no soundproofing, and it feels like people and cleaning staff can walk straight into your room. The noisy little air conditioner barely cools it, and there isn’t even a TV to cover the sound. Ants were in the corners, and the vinyl floor was torn, with gaps between the boards. The bedside lights didn’t work, so we had to get up to switch them on and off. Three drawers in the bathroom cabinet were broken, and there was dampness in the bathroom and shower, with terrible smells from the drains. There wasn’t even a hanger or a place to put luggage. You’d be better off sleeping in the square across the way. You’d hear the same things and save the money.
