Lagunillas Travel Apartment

I was disappointed by how the listing described the place. It shows a real apartment with a bedroom and living room, but this was one room divided in the middle by a small gypsum board. The bed, fridge, cooking area, and bathroom were all in the same room. If you cook something like an omelette in the morning, the smell gets into your clothes too. If you want an actual apartment, this isn't the right accommodation. The room wasn't very clean. We found hair on the floor, bed, and in the bathroom, and one of the two white towels was stained. The other towels and sheets were blue, maybe to hide dirt. The size was another inaccuracy: it wasn't 45 square meters, maybe 20-25 at most. Behind the main door are two rooms and a very small shared hall. It seems an apartment was split into two rooms, each with its own door. The room on the right is the one listed on booking, so there's a neighbor very close by. The surroundings looked bad and untended. We wanted to check out on the first day and asked the host to refund part of the money. He flatly refused, even after we explained why. The booking.com pictures suggest a proper apartment, not a single room partly divided up and called an apartment. Booking.com also seems to have a serious problem here, as it doesn't appear to verify whether the information from properties is accurate. I have attached pictures related to everything I've described.
