We had a smooth, pleasant stay in a cozy, clean apartment on a quiet street. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the centre, so the location may not suit you if being right in the middle is essential. Check-in was fully independent, the welcome box was appreciated, and there was even an ironing set in the room. There’s no on-site reception, but our WhatsApp parking questions got quick replies, even late in the evening. One snag: we couldn’t get our long car into the parking area. The entrance is narrow and there isn’t much room to maneuver, especially when cars are parked on the sidewalk.

We spent six nights here in February. The apartment was modern, clean and in a good area, with an easy walk into the centre. I’d stay again, though the mattress and pillows could use an upgrade, and there wasn’t anything for cleaning the floor, like a vacuum or brush.

The room was passable, but the furnishings felt basic, the double bed was tiny, and the bedside tables were IKEA stools. There was no headboard and just one pillow per person, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The building also had a strong artificial fragrance that made it hard to breathe comfortably. We were disappointed with both the apartment and the service. Support was difficult to reach. I called several times, but nobody answered the supposedly 24/7 line. We arrived at 2 pm and the app code wouldn’t open the parking gate, leaving us to either block the street while trying to get help or keep circling around. Parking was costly and inconvenient. We also weren’t told in advance that breakfast only began at 9 am. We had early tickets and couldn’t make it. I asked in the support chat about an earlier option, but got no useful help. I then asked Victoria to cancel breakfast for our family of four, and she wouldn’t even try to speak with the contractor. It was a basic café breakfast of coffee, juice and toast, with nothing needing advance preparation. I’m confident they could have cancelled it and compensated us if they’d been willing to help. The online support and attitude made it feel like nobody cared about providing good service. It’s a shame to come across providers like this. We were unlucky, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially buying breakfast. There are plenty of good places nearby.

We felt at ease as soon as we arrived because the apartment was spotless. It’s brand new and furnished with good taste, with all the amenities taken care of. Nothing we needed was missing. Self check-in was smooth and simple, too. The neighborhood is quiet, with shops, a bakery and a pharmacy close by, and the centre is only about a 12-minute walk away. A great choice for a couple staying a few nights in Málaga.
