LU&CIA City Beach Puerto 2

Mountain views and free Wi-Fi come with LU&CIA City Beach Puerto 2 in Málaga. The air-conditioned apartment is 500 m from Alcazaba and has one bedroom, a TV, and a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. Bikes can be rented there. Picasso Museum is 700 m away, Malaga Cathedral is a 9-minute walk, and Malaga Airport is 9 km from the apartment.

The studio is small and cosy, and its spot near the harbour, market, and restaurants made it a good base for a quick town visit. The pedestrian center is about a 10-minute walk away. It had just been renovated and still seemed unfinished, so it should be perfect now. A couple more shelves in the room or bathroom would help. The main drawback was noise from the bar below. Customers stood outside talking late into the night, though it wasn't an issue if we were out too.

The customer service was awful. They wouldn't answer calls or emails when we had to cancel our trip because of an emergency. We tried several times by phone and message and got no response at all. I've never had service this bad. Avoid if you can.

The location is great, right beside Malagueta Beach, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within a five-minute walk. The place looks very nice, and the bed, air conditioning, and kitchen were all decent. But when we ran the washing machine, water backed up into the shower enclosure, and the shower also drained very poorly. That caused far too much hassle, even though the rest was fine. I'd recommend staying somewhere else.
