Good morning, Ms. Zafra. This review has left us puzzled, and we’re unsure it refers to our apartments. SW Premium Capuchinos are licensed tourist apartments with exterior windows. The comment doesn’t describe our property. I’ve attached a photo of our bathroom to show that it’s different. Please remove the review, as this apparent mix-up is hurting us. Thank you.

The owner kept the room fee and canceled our reservation, so we couldn’t leave a review on Booking.com and lower the apartment’s rating. We’ve complained to Booking.com, but so far they’ve refunded only €9. The place was disgusting, and calling it dirty hardly covers it. The rooms also had no windows, which violates municipal ordinances.
