Hotel Vincci Larios Diez

The staff made things easy from the start, helping us find parking and carrying our luggage from there. They brought it back to us when we left, and were attentive and warm the whole time. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the coffee, the best hotel coffee I’ve had in Spain. The hotel sits on a pedestrian street, so it felt peaceful despite the busy city around it. Our room was clean, quiet, and cozy, with elegant decor and windows. Nice touches included the heated toilet seat and NESPRESSO capsule machine. I only stayed briefly, so I can’t say whether there’s a gym.

The rooftop restaurant and bar have a fantastic view, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious and high quality. The hotel is comfortable and beautifully designed, with staff who were kind, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Its location is hard to beat. Even though it’s in a pedestrian area, taxis can pick you up or drop you off on the main road just a few steps away, practically at the entrance. The major sights, restaurants, cafés, and beach are all within walking distance. Highly recommended if you’re staying in Málaga. It exceeded my expectations.

The rooftop bar was a favorite part of our stay, with a lovely atmosphere and views, and a nice spot to wind down in the evening. We had breakfast there every morning too. There was plenty to choose from, good quality, and it was excellent value. The breakfast staff were attentive and welcoming each day. My girlfriend is gluten free, and the staff knew how to accommodate her, which made meals stress-free. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout. They even helped arrange the collection of my wallet after I accidentally left it at the hotel when flying home. I really appreciated that care and cooperation. The location made everything easy, right among the restaurants, shops, marina, and main sights, all within about a 10-minute walk. My one small complaint is that the TV’s Chromecast didn’t work as advertised. We watched things on my iPad instead, so it didn’t affect the trip much. We had a great stay and would recommend the hotel. I’d stay here again if I return to Malaga.

Our balcony looked straight onto the Christmas lights, and watching the light show from there was fun. The room was bright and clean, and reception were friendly. We only stayed one night. The location was fantastic. There isn’t much of a lobby, though there is a bar on the top floor.
