The location is perfect, and the apartment itself was nice, but the whole experience with living 4 Malaga left me feeling like my vacation had been ruined. I travel a lot, and this was by far the worst for my mood. They act as if they’re something special, but the place was just okay. I’ve had better apartment stays elsewhere in Andalusia. They asked for a 150 Euros deposit even though things were broken and dirty. We also paid a cleaning fee, yet still had to take the trash out at the end. That was especially unpleasant when we had luggage and needed to leave for the airport at 6 a.m. They sent a reminder email about it. The check-in time could be more reasonable or flexible, too. The communication was ridiculous. I’ve never had so many emails from an accommodation, before, during, and after a stay. They had the nerve to ask for a good review while threatening not to return the deposit. Go onto the rooftop after 9 p.m. and, supposedly, say goodbye to your deposit, even though the deposit was meant to cover damage. And even if it is returned, using that kind of website costs over 2 Euros.
