Hotel Tropic Park

The sea is less than 100 meters away, and the balcony view is amazing. Our rooms were clean, though a bit worn and dated. We happened to stay on the hotel's last day before it closed for renovation, so I expect it'll look fresh next year. There are shops and bars below the balcony. Their noise was annoying at first, but it wasn't too bad, and the balcony blocked enough sound for us to sleep. The air conditioner was louder. We'd originally planned to stay at another hotel, but our tour operator suggested paying a little extra for Tropic Park, and it didn't disappoint. The staff were kind and friendly. On the only rainy morning, they even lent us umbrellas. Dinner had plenty of tasty, good quality food, and the menu, events, and decorations changed each day. The headmasters are lovely ladies and always a pleasure to talk to. The one thing keeping it from a 5 star rating for me is that the TV is cable, without an internet connection.

We arrived late in the evening, and reception kindly made sure there was still food for us. The hotel's food selection was wide, and the service was very good. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, and our room was comfortable and very clean. I had a great stay and can recommend this hotel.

The rooftop pool really makes the holiday, and the beach sunrises were worth getting up for. We celebrated 30th and 40th birthdays during our stay, and the staff made both feel special with cakes, decorated tables, and champagne. It's a fantastic, friendly hotel, with great staff, perfect rooms, and a handy spot for shops and restaurants. The all-inclusive was outstanding. I'd definitely come back with my family.

Lola in the dining room was double 1st class. The food was great and the staff were so friendly, always ready to help. We arrived late after travel chaos, and they quickly got food ready and checked if we'd eaten. That level of care was above and beyond. We'll definitely return to see everyone at tropic parc 5*👍
