air hotel aviacion

I paid €200, and the location was very good, but the rooms were unclean and smelled unpleasant. Housekeeping seemed not to know the right products or basic hygiene standards, which isn't acceptable at those rates. The staff and management were unprofessional, and the hotel seems to be in the wrong hands. Guests need a safe, hygienic environment as a basic standard. With better management and staff training, this place could be highly ranked on Google.

The receptionist was cooperative and really good. It's a quiet place to stay, with both heating and cooling. I think it's a great choice for a short or long trip.

The room was spacious enough for two and came with air conditioning and free toiletries. The washroom was big and nice too, though its walls and borders need updating, as do the old walls and some room edges elsewhere. On our first rainy night, water dripped in through the window. The airport is nearby. On the second-to-last night, some women kept barging in to demand payment, even though that should have been settled on the first night or at checkout. They didn't knock and insisted we come down right away. The daytime front desk staff were nicer, while some of the night staff were rude.

The metro is close, the location is good, and the room has AC and cool lighting. But workers repeatedly came into our room with their own key while my wife and I were getting dressed, preparing to shower, and even resting. The do not disturb sign was up the whole time. It was a huge invasion of privacy, completely unprofessional, and I was furious.
