Casa Piedra Libre

Laura made our stay especially easy. She communicated clearly from the start and was always ready to help. We stayed on the top floor, which had three bedrooms, a living room, and a terrace we really enjoyed. It was very quiet and a good place to rest and switch off. The peaceful setting and lovely scenery make it a great mountain getaway. We also took some trips to the snow, and it was beautiful. We'd recommend this casa rural for a calm, comfortable stay in Manzanares el Real.

The pool was a lovely way to cool off at the start and end of each day, and the cottage sits in a quiet neighborhood near the river and the national park trails. We stayed in the ground-floor apartment, which felt cozy and was very clean, with everything we needed. It gets plenty of light through its many windows without direct sun beating in, so it stays cooler in summer. There’s lots of room in the living room and kitchen, and if you rent the whole building, everyone can sit at the same dinner table. We ate on the lovely terrace instead. The Wi-Fi was reliable for our work and video calls. Laura and Silvia, who look after the place and bookings, were friendly and helpful, and organizing the stay was easy both before and during our visit. My partner and I had a great time at La Piedra Libre in Manzanares el Real, and we’d happily recommend it.

The views and the spectacular nature around the place were a real highlight. We had a great family vacation here. Everything was clean and well kept, and we had all we needed. Highly recommend.
