Mr.José gave us a great welcome. He was very nice, checked in on how the residents were doing, shared useful information, and was a great help. Lovely villa, too 👌🏼👌🏼

A terrible experience. They cancelled THREE bookings and didn’t answer my calls or emails. DO NOT USE!!!

The bed was so comfortable, and the room was spotless. The concierge was a huge help with everything. Thanks for the lovely stay, we’ll be back!

Jose really helped make our stay run smoothly. He was polite and quick to step in to make sure we were happy. The place itself felt like a modern, roomy, well-kept home, perfect for relaxing. I’d happily recommend it.

I couldn’t bear the smell coming from the bathroom, and the place was filthy, with insects around. When I brought it up, the manager, Jose, blamed the heat. I found him arrogant and felt he treated people with contempt and disliked Arabs. The cleanliness was appalling. I’d tell my brothers and sisters to stay away. 👎
