I was charged a penalty directly to my card for damage that was already in the room before we arrived, dog bites in the armchair. No one asked me about it, and I only received an invoice after the money had been debited. The hotel's approach was disgusting, and the service was terrible. There was never anyone at reception, and after waiting half an hour we ended up leaving our room keys there. They also don't speak English. They took money from my credit card for something we hadn't done.

The rooms were better than expected, and the staff were great. Such an amazing experience in a fantastic location. I'll be back 100%.

We were very comfortable and would definitely return. The hotel is charming, clean, and well maintained, with a delicious breakfast. There's no parking, but we had no trouble parking in front of the hotel. There's also a park nearby if you're travelling with children.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms have a charming style with very comfortable beds. It's a peaceful spot to get away from the city, while still being close to places of interest and trailheads in the surrounding mountains. The hotel sits in the heart of Cerdanya. We didn't try the restaurant, though its menu looks promising for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with local products and traditional regional recipes.
