We were pleasantly surprised by the room and the location, and our room looked over the pool. Housekeeping was great, and if you need anything extra, like pillows, just ask. The whole place is very clean, especially the spotless pool area. The pool is a good size, and there are plenty of sunbeds for everyone, so people leaving towels on them didn't cause us a problem. We recommend it and are coming back in June.

There was a lot to like about our week in room 410. The pools were lovely, with plenty of loungers and a disability ramp in the larger one. Pool food was surprisingly nice, and the bar lady was welcoming and a great cook. The lifeguard, a larger gentleman with a nose piercing, was fantastic: he helped a disabled lady in and out of the water, cracked jokes, and kept a relaxed but safe atmosphere. The turtles are a unique feature, and the restaurant under the hotel is lovely, with 10% off for guests. Mario, the excursion rep, was reliable and honest, and his quad off-roading tour was our best day on the island. Thanks for the memories! Our self-catering room was brilliant, with a kettle, cooker, microwave and everything else we needed. It was very clean and smelled beautiful. The cleaners were lovely and attentive, even arranging my belongings neatly. There were two single beds, plus a sofa that opened into a double, so I could sleep with the balcony doors open and the TV on. The hotel, food, location, hygiene, room and staff were all 10/10 for us. I'd put it at 3-4 stars and would definitely return, already looking at August. We arrived at 1pm, but our room wasn't ready until 3pm. That was fine for me as I went exploring, but it's useful to know if arriving early. Staff, especially the ladies at the desk, were friendly and answered all our questions. A few suggestions: tea and coffee sachets in the room, a bar of soap in the bathroom, a do not disturb sign, and cheaper cocktails or alcohol options. Thanks for such an amazing holiday xx

We were happy with this hotel and would stay again. It's a very good budget option, with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is about a 15-minute stroll, and the Yumbo centre takes 15-20 minutes. There are plenty of taxis around. Parking is on the street and can be tricky, though we always found a spot not too far away. We had a one-bedroom apartment with twin beds and a pool view. The beds were comfortable, extra pillows were available on request, and there were plenty of mugs and glasses. It had a toaster, microwave, hob, full fridge freezer and washing-up pack. The bathroom was modern with an okay shower, and the bed settee looked okay, though we didn't use it. The balcony with table and chairs was fine, but the dining chairs were a bit worn. The living room lighting was so dim that getting ready there after about 6:30 was difficult. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cleaners were thorough. Towels were changed every other day and bedding twice in 10 days. The pool area was spacious and lovely, with plenty of loungers, shady spots and mattresses. There was a lifeguard from 9 to 5, and a snack bar for drinks, ice creams and the like.

The only real drawback for us was the walk to the Yumbo Centre, about 15-20 minutes. Going there was fine, but coming back at 4am was a different story. A taxi was about 6 euros. Even so, we'd stay again, especially if we found another bargain like this one. We'd been worried because our usual hotel was closed for renovation, but we got a fantastic deal with Jet2. Check-in was quick, handled by a very cheerful young woman. We paid 30 euro for Wi-Fi for two devices for two weeks, and the reception was very good. Our room, 103, was closest to reception, but it wasn't noisy at all. The room was bigger than expected, with comfortable beds despite the grey bedding. We asked for extra pillows and slept brilliantly. The lounge-kitchen area was great, with a very large fridge and freezer, a microwave, and a good-sized balcony with rails for drying swimwear. It overlooked the pool, but there was no noise. There are two supermarkets nearby, and a great cafe next door with cakes!
