I can't say much in favor of the two cleaning ladies. They were rude and disrespectful when spoken to, and didn't show respect for customers. I stayed for a week, and the last four days were hell. Even when I asked politely, they answered rudely. I honestly don't understand their behavior. I would have given more stars for the two gentlemen, who were very kind and polite to customers, but because of the cleaning ladies I don't want to return. 🤦♀️😰

We had already paid for a room with a double bed and two bunk beds, and the hotel had been told my friend would be coming. There was room for him, but they still refused to let him in. We even offered to pay an extra charge for him despite having paid for the room, and they wouldn't let us in then either. The way they treated us was appalling, with rude language and a threatening attitude. A disgrace!

This seems like a hotel for a short stay. The owner was friendly and attentive, and the place was clean. The bathroom smelled like a kitchen extractor fan, though, and the mattress was a rock-hard spring one. The cushions were very hard too, and the room had no decoration. For what the hotel offers, I think the price should be about €15 less per night.

The price is good, and the place is clean. The staff are very friendly. There was some noise from the air conditioning or something like that, but we slept well.

We'd paid for a whole room that was supposedly for more than four people, and told them only three of us would sleep there. When we arrived, they kicked us out. The way they treated us was the worst I've experienced in years…
